A bleak Monday afternoon – and buglife

02/09/2021 //  by Michelle//  Leave a Comment

It was fairly cold and unattractive but I didn’t want to deprive those of you down in the south west who are snowless, of the chance to get chilled with us Easterners. Still, the trees were looking rather fine.

And the snow had made some lovely patterns on some of the fallen logs –

and around the streams.

On  totally different subject – last weekend’s London Wildlife Trust’s newsletter alerted me to a series of free events during February over at BugLife.

Starting on the 11th (like this Thursday) with Identification  of the Stonefly larvae and then moving on, on the 17th, to spiders, on the 18th to beetles, on the 23rd to pollinator identification and on March 3rd, to the art and science of bugs.
