Highgate School scores

03/24/2020 //  by Michelle//  Leave a Comment

This evening I went for my ‘permitted walk’ around Bishopswood Avenue which envelops many of Highgate School’s buildings and its extensive playgrounds – all deserted as a result of our current lock-down situation.

And there may not have been any children on the premises – but there were some very lovely spring flowers. These super perky looking narcissi –

and these double (or are they triple – or quadruple) daffodils.

And then, tucked in against the wall of one of the buildings, this wonderful double cream camellia with its tutu of white petals and its bouquet of tiny creamy yellow ones in the middle.

Back on the heath tomorrow….
