Mist to midday sun

01/11/2021 //  by Michelle//  Leave a Comment

A weak sun tries to break through the mist – early morning in my garden.

But only a few hours later it was slanting through the trees onto the pond at the bottom of my path down to the heath.

Further on, some people had brought their sarnies and their flasks and were basking in it on the Kenwood  house terrace.

And down by the ponds a willow tree ballet dancer’s fronds are waving in the breeze.

For those of you who would like a walk – I could not resist recording this for you because it was such a wonderful day – although this is a path we have trodden before. Not sure what I did at the end but I cut you off rather sooner than I had intended – so a second very short video takes you to the end of the woods.
